Submit a utilization idea for a vacancy in the pilot area by November 15.
The “Grätzelinitiative 20+2 – Call” provides funding for rental costs for three years if you qualify with your utilization project and activate a vacancy on the first floor in the pilot area . The Vienna Business Agency will subsidize 50 percent of the rental costs (net, excluding operating costs) in the first three years, capped at a maximum of EUR 12,000 per year.
Funding is available for utilization concepts to activate a business premises in the ground floor zone in the project area 20+2 (marked pink in the map above). Preference is given to concepts that revitalize street-side premises. Grätzl 20+2 combines the area in the 20th district up to the Danube Canal and Stromstrasse with the Volkert and Allied districts, with Nordwestbahnstrasse as a connection.
The call is aimed at individual and small companies, start-ups, associations and cooperatives.
Concepts can still be submitted until November 15!
All applicants who qualify for the Grätzlinitative 20+2 call will be supported by imGrätzl.at in their search for suitable premises and the activation of co-financing sources. The winners of the call will be financially supported and accompanied for three years.
