Kreative Räume Wien is a service and advisory organization for vacancies, vacancy activation and temporary use. On behalf of the City of Vienna, the team works on the revitalization of vacant spaces – for permanent or temporary use in the fields of culture, social affairs, creative industries, education and district work. Among other things, Kreative Räume Wien supports people looking for space, advises property owners and supports projects.
We offer you the opportunity to get involved in this exciting field. Against the backdrop of multiple crises, the topic is increasingly coming into focus. A lively first floor zone is a central goal in Vienna’s urban development. Creative solutions for dealing with spatial resources are needed to prevent possible downward spirals. At the same time, the need for affordable spaces for actors from the fields of art, culture, social affairs, creative industries and neighborhood work remains a current challenge.

The position will be part-time (9 hours per week) for the first two months and will then become part-time (20 hours per week) from June. The position is initially limited until the end of January 2024.
