House of Losing Control - im Rahmen der Vienna

From the 12th to the 19th of November 2021, Vienna Art Week will once again shine the spotlight on Vienna as a vibrant center of art.

The festival gives insights into Viennese art production alongside around 50 program partners and will be offering a varied choice of events to enjoy for the visitors with free access. The main location is an exciting area in the 20th district, which will be used temporarily as an exhibition space in November.

House of Losing Control

A vacant car selling building with workshops and a former residential building near the Augarten will be transformed temporarily into the ‘House of Losing Control’ as part of Vienna Art Week. For one week, a creative experimental space will be created at this location. The building near the former Nordwestbahnhof will become a lively stage for an open and internationally networked art scene with a focus on young visual arts, but also performance and music.

In the 40 rooms and halls there is a lot to see and experience on about 4,300 m2. We are happy to support the House of Losing Control as a partner!
