Wiener Wohnen is looking for tenants for office space on the ground floor of the residential complex built by Wiener Wohnen in 1970 at Van-Der-N\u00fcll-Gasse 5 in the 10th district. Name of the building: Dampfgasse  <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The premises of a former health insurance customer center on the ground floor (entrance Leebgasse 4) can be rented on a long-term or temporary basis. The premises are accessible from the street via a separate entrance (Leebgasse), some rooms border the green inner courtyard. There are a total of 8 rooms, 5 anterooms, 1 storage room and 5 WCs. It is important that there are clear contact persons and structures. This can be an individual, but also an association, a society or a cooperative.  <\/p>\n<p><em>Note: The call is not about the use of individual spaces. We are looking for actors who want to use Wiener Wohnen&#8217;s business premises on a temporary (pop-up) or long-term basis. <\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Period<\/h2>\n<p>Start of use is planned for July 2023. It is possible to rent the premises for an indefinite period or to agree a time limit for temporary use (pop-up) (-25% on the main rent for an indefinite period). <\/p>\n<p><em>Note: The deadline for submitting a brief concept for the planned use is May 21, 2023.
